About the Role

We are hiring barbers for a respected salon brand in Denmark with openings across multiple locations. The team has a strong culture built around fitness, shared activities, and a close-knit environment where people are genuinely passionate about barbering. The role is available to start immediately.

What You’ll Do

You will work in a professional yet easygoing setting, using both scissors and clippers to deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services. This is a role for someone who wants more than a standard salon job and enjoys being part of a team that also connects outside work.

Experience and Profile

• We are looking for barbers with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of both scissor cutting and machine clipping techniques is required.
• You should be comfortable communicating in English.
• A valid European passport is necessary.

Pay and Earnings

Compensation is performance-linked and depends on your experience, fixed pay, and the retail products you sell. Earnings can increase with stronger results, and salary reviews take place every 6 months.

Relocation Support

The employer will arrange your flight to Denmark and also offer accommodation near the workplace at favorable rates.

Growth and Training

A clear career path is available, with progression from barber to store manager and, in some cases, to co-owner of a store. Training and internal education begin from the first day.
