Role overview
Compass Group Ireland is looking for a motivated Barista to join its Dublin team on a full-time basis. The role is set at 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours. What the job involves
- Prepare well-made beverages and serve food that meets high quality standards and leaves customers satisfied.
- Keep the coffee bar tidy and organized throughout the day.
- Handle customer payments, including cash and card transactions.
- Work closely with colleagues, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to the team.
- Ensure cups, plates, and other service items are stocked and ready for use.
- Build knowledge of brewing techniques, drink combinations, food handling, and presentation.
- Use brewing equipment correctly and raise maintenance issues when needed.
- Represent Compass Group Ireland in a professional way that supports a positive brand reputation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures in the workplace.
