Role overview

This position is for a personable and energetic Barista based in Dubai. The role centers on making clients, guests, and colleagues feel welcome by serving well-prepared coffee, tea, and specialty drinks while upholding strong standards of presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present coffee, tea, and specialty drinks for clients and guests.
• Greet visitors in a courteous, approachable, and professional manner.
• Keep the beverage station neat, orderly, and visually appealing at all times.
• Track supplies and help replenish stock when needed.
• Assist with arranging and preparing the sales gallery as required.
• Support client meetings, events, and other high-traffic periods.
• Collaborate with the wider team and step in wherever help is needed.
• Handle light office support tasks such as organizing supplies, receiving deliveries, and maintaining shared areas.
• Help ensure a smooth client experience during launches, events, and busy periods.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a barista, café, hospitality, or customer service role.
• Good communication skills and a confident, people-focused approach.
• Hands-on experience with espresso machines and related coffee-making equipment.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to work as part of a team.
• Care and attention to detail, especially when maintaining a polished environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for creating excellent guest experiences and contributing positive energy at work.
