Role overview
TRG is hiring a Barista in Hounslow, England, to deliver high-quality drinks and a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role comes with free meals during shifts, a discount of up to 30% across the group’s brands with no guest limit, and strong prospects for growth.

What you’ll do
You will prepare and serve drinks that look great, taste excellent, and encourage guests to return. The job also involves keeping the bar area to a very high standard and contributing new ideas to improve the drinks offering.
You should be able to provide excellent hospitality at all times, including during early airport shifts that may begin as early as 3:00 AM. Early starts are expected to result in early finishes.

Candidate profile
