Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in the Riyadh Region at Haseel Cafe. The role centers on preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages with speed, consistency, and professionalism while supporting the cafe’s overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea.
• Deliver service in an efficient, courteous, and professional way.
• Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Respond to customer questions, requests, and complaints in a helpful manner.
• Maintain the cafe’s quality and service standards at all times.
• Support stock and inventory-related tasks as required.
• Work closely with teammates to help create a friendly and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on barista knowledge, including coffee-making methods and drink preparation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate well with others and contribute positively to a team.
• Familiarity with food preparation practices.
• Comfort working in a busy, customer-focused setting.
• Prior experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
