This opening is for a barista to join Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, in a customer-facing store role based in Hove, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The position focuses on creating the Starbucks experience by serving high-quality drinks, food, and products while delivering warm, consistent service.

What you will do
- Prepare beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
- Support daily store operations such as opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security.
- Help teammates during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
- Pay attention to customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and regular customers.
- Deliver excellent service by building genuine connections and keeping the customer first in every interaction.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well organized for both customers and colleagues.
Experience and suitability
No previous barista experience is required. The key requirement is a genuine passion for customer service and a desire to create enjoyable moments for guests. This role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, learns quickly, and is comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
