What you will do

• Prepare beverages, whole-bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
• Support daily store operations such as opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security.
• Help teammates during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
• Pay attention to customer and store needs by understanding the store environment and regular customers.
• Deliver excellent service by building genuine connections and keeping the customer first in every interaction.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and well organized for both customers and colleagues.

Experience and suitability
