About the Role

As a barista with Starbucks, you will help deliver the Starbucks experience by serving guests with friendly, attentive service and preparing drinks and food to a consistently high standard. The role is based in a lively store setting where you will work closely with teammates, meet new people, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the community.

What You’ll Do

• Create a positive customer experience through excellent service and well-made beverages and food items.
• Work collaboratively with store partners in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Handle cash, follow store safety practices, and help maintain security standards.
• Prepare menu items according to standard recipes or customer-specific adjustments, including changes to ingredients, quantity, or temperature.
• Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Switch between different in-store tasks as needed during each workday.
