Core duties
- Show up consistently and on time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Follow store procedures and standards, including safe handling of cash, beverages, food items, and store security requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to understand their needs and respond accordingly.
- Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes, including customized requests such as temperature changes, ingredient adjustments, or substitutions.
- Handle a variety of tasks throughout each shift as needed by the store.
