Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee and food products according to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform various tasks throughout the shift to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Ability to learn new tasks and procedures quickly.
• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions, and ask for clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Skill in building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Adherence to store policies regarding beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety/security.
