Role overview

As a Barista at Hilton in Riyadh, you will help create a welcoming café experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty drinks while delivering warm, attentive hospitality to every guest. The role is centered on service, consistency, cleanliness, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

What you'll do

• Greet visitors in a friendly, attentive manner and deliver service that leaves a positive impression.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks in line with brand recipes and presentation expectations.
• Keep the coffee counter fully stocked, neat, and ready for smooth daily operations.
• Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash and card transactions.
• Check the quality and freshness of coffee beans, milk, pastries, and other café items, and maintain proper stock levels.
• Clean and care for coffee equipment, grinders, utensils, and surrounding work areas to a high standard.
• Follow health, safety, food hygiene, and sanitation rules to protect guest and team member well-being.
