Role Overview
As a Barista at Hilton in Goa, you will play a hands-on role in delivering warm, memorable hospitality each day. The position focuses on creating excellent guest experiences, guiding team members, and making sure service flows smoothly and consistently meets brand expectations.
What You Will Do
- Keep daily outlet activities running efficiently and in line with brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and encourage team members so they deliver strong service and maintain high performance.
- Provide personalized guest care, address feedback, and resolve concerns quickly to improve satisfaction.
- Track stock, coordinate ordering, and help manage costs to support profitability.
- Assist with upselling efforts, follow sales performance, and contribute to revenue goals.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements throughout the outlet.
- Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Ensure all food safety rules and standards are followed at all times.

Minimum Requirements
