Role overview
Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Bid Manager to join its consulting team in Germany. The role sits within a leading digital accelerator focused on innovation and sustainable value creation, combining business design and software engineering to help bring digital business initiatives to life.
What you will do
- Own the full bid lifecycle, from planning through proposal coordination and submission.
- Work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery teams and other specialists to collect the information and inputs needed for each bid.
- Keep proposal activities aligned to deadlines so submissions are completed on time.
- Make sure all bids follow the required internal policies as well as external rules and standards.
- Present proposals to stakeholders and respond to their questions or concerns.
- Increase bid team efficiency by building reusable content libraries and templates.
- Track bid results, prepare performance reports, and carry out post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned.

The ideal candidate brings experience in bid management and/or contract management within digital, IT, or engineering consulting. Strong project management ability is important, especially the capacity to handle several bids at the same time. A solid understanding of public sector procurement is expected, along with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
