Due to continued business expansion, they are seeking a Bid & Proposal Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of strategic proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, and tender responses for enterprise customers across global markets. The role serves as the main point of coordination for pursuit activities and ensures every submission is accurate, persuasive, compliant, and aligned with commercial objectives.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position leads the end-to-end planning, development, and submission of complex proposals, starting from qualification through to final delivery.
- Set up clear proposal workflows, timelines, and review gates to maintain consistency and quality.
- Bring together contributions from Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Write tailored proposal content that communicates value, differentiation, and regulatory or contractual compliance.
- Convert technical features and capabilities into business-focused, easy-to-understand messaging.
- Work closely with Sales to understand client needs, evaluation criteria, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to confirm solution feasibility and operational fit.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have experience handling large-scale enterprise proposals in SaaS, HR technology, payroll, BPO, or similar sectors. They should also be comfortable managing several deadlines at once and coordinating input across multiple stakeholders. Strong skills in organisation, project management, and governance are essential.
