Job description

Role Overview

This is a center-based BCBA position in Watkinsville, Georgia, focused on delivering high-quality ABA services within a collaborative clinical team. The organization emphasizes strong support, mentorship, and sustainable caseloads rather than high-volume metrics.

Compensation for this role is listed at $90,000 to $125,000 per year, and the position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Duties

  • Develop and oversee treatment plans and clinical programming for assigned clients.
  • Guide, coach, and supervise RBTs and other direct care staff.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to support long-term client progress.
  • Track outcomes, review data, and update programs based on client needs.
  • Take part in continuing training and professional development activities.
  • Help maintain a supportive, positive, and collaborative clinical environment.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Experience supervising RBTs or other direct care personnel.
  • Commitment to high-quality care and improved client outcomes.
