Job description
Company overview
Gousto is on a mission to become the most loved dinner solution across the UK and Ireland while making every meal kinder to the planet. The company is reshaping how people shop, cook, and eat at home through its recipe box model. It is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, powered by data, food passion, and a diverse team that values inclusion and customer focus.
Gousto’s culture is built around three principles: Dream, Deliver and Care. These reflect the company’s focus on innovation, speed, and respect for colleagues and customers alike.
Role summary
Gousto is hiring an Ireland Brand & Communications Manager to join the Ireland Marketing team. Reporting to the Ireland Marketing Lead and working closely with the UK Brand team, the role will help define how the brand appears in Ireland through local storytelling, integrated campaigns, and marketing activity that supports both awareness and commercial goals.
This position suits someone who wants to broaden their experience across brand and communications in a fast-moving, collaborative setting. You will work across channels and campaigns with internal teams, agencies, and external partners, using insights and performance data to refine execution and strengthen the brand in the Irish market.
Key responsibilities
- Help plan and deliver integrated brand activity across TV, digital, PR, partnerships, and social platforms.
- Partner with the UK Brand team and outside agencies to localise campaigns for Irish audiences.
- Develop market-facing messaging and communications informed by customer insight and campaign performance.
- Organise partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives that support campaign goals and raise awareness.
- Own timelines, creative handoffs, and channel coordination so projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
- Track campaign and brand results, then spot ways to improve effectiveness and optimise outcomes.
- Take a practical role in adapting creative assets, updating briefs, and supporting execution across channels.
- Build strong working relationships across marketing, creative, performance, and commercial teams to keep delivery aligned.
- Support launch planning and go-to-market preparation for major campaigns, seasonal moments, and new activity in Ireland.
- Bring forward ideas for new campaigns, partnerships, and brand opportunities that can drive growth and engagement.
About you
You should already have experience in a busy marketing, brand, or communications environment. A solid grasp of brand activity, media, content, and multi-channel campaign delivery is important, along with the confidence to take work from briefing through to rollout.
The role calls for someone who can interpret customer insights, performance metrics, and market trends to improve campaign impact. You should be comfortable working with agencies, creative teams, and stakeholders across functions, while staying organised across multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Success in this role also depends on a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to test new ideas in a high-growth environment where creativity and commercial outcomes both matter.
Additional information
Gousto states that it welcomes people from all backgrounds and experiences. The business emphasises diversity, inclusion, and equity, and aims to create a workplace where people can be themselves.
For roles outside Operations, most employees spend one or two days a week in the office, balancing flexibility with time spent together. If extra flexibility is needed, applicants are encouraged to discuss it with the company. Gousto also notes that reasonable adjustments can be made during the interview process, including support such as extra time or system accommodations.
