Job description

Role overview

Tacori is seeking an organized, imaginative, and commercially minded Brand Manager to help shape and execute brand, social, campaign, content, and retail marketing work. This position is part of the Brand & Creative team and plays a key role in turning the brand vision into real output across social channels, campaign briefs, retailer materials, research, copy, presentations, and everyday project coordination.

The right candidate will be equally comfortable thinking strategically, contributing creative ideas, and keeping projects moving with precision. This person will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand & Creative, the internal creative group, the project manager, the social agency, PR, digital, sales, and outside partners to make sure deliverables stay on strategy, reflect the brand correctly, and are completed on schedule.

Brand and campaign management

  • Assist the Head of Brand & Creative with the development of brand campaigns, content programs, product launches, retailer materials, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Convert brand strategy into practical, easy-to-follow briefs for internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
  • Help keep all creative output aligned with Tacori’s identity, voice, visual guidelines, and campaign goals.
  • Evaluate creative work carefully to confirm it matches the brief, makes strategic sense, and suits the intended channel.
  • Contribute to presentations, recap documents, executive updates, and other internal communication materials.

Social media and agency management

  • Oversee the day-to-day working relationship with Tacori’s social agency, including direction, feedback, timelines, content planning, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the agency on monthly content calendars, campaign assets, social-first ideas, and always-on storytelling.
  • Make sure social content feels elevated, brand-appropriate, and connected to the wider marketing calendar.
  • Review social copy, creative assets, influencer ideas, trend suggestions, and channel-specific executions.
  • Monitor social performance, capture learnings, and turn insights into future content recommendations.

Project delivery and cross-functional coordination

  • Work alongside the Project Manager to keep all brand and creative initiatives on schedule, on brief, and progressing smoothly.
  • Manage project inputs, review cycles, approvals, asset requirements, and next steps across several workstreams.
  • Coordinate with teams in creative, digital, PR, sales, merchandising, product, and retail to collect information and move work ahead.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, priorities, open items, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or misalignment early and help resolve issues before they affect delivery.

Strategic research and insights

  • Carry out research to support brand strategy, campaign planning, social direction, product launches, partnerships, and cultural opportunities.
  • Track competitor activity, luxury jewelry trends, fashion, bridal, social trends, cultural moments, and relevant consumer behavior.
  • Summarize findings in a clear, usable way to help guide creative and strategic decisions.
  • Support the team in finding opportunities for Tacori to appear in a more modern, relevant, and distinctive way.

Copywriting and creative development

  • Draft and polish copy for social captions, campaign assets, retailer materials, internal presentations, product storytelling, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Contribute to creative concepts, content ideas, campaign directions, social activations, and launch storytelling.
  • Help preserve a consistent Tacori tone of voice across all channels.
  • Collaborate with creative, PR, digital, and outside writers to ensure the messaging stays clear, refined, and aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content, creative strategy, or integrated marketing.
  • Background managing agencies, freelancers, or external creative partners.
  • Solid understanding of social media, content planning, and channel-specific creative.
  • Strong briefing ability, with the skill to turn business needs into clear creative direction.
  • Well-developed project management instincts and comfort handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to tone, detail, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, jewelry, bridal, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
  • Strong presentation-building skills and the ability to organize research, feedback, and ideas clearly.
  • Collaborative, proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate

The best fit for this role can move fluidly between strategy, creative thinking, and execution. They are structured enough to keep work moving, discerning enough to spot when something feels off-brand, and imaginative enough to add ideas that improve the final output.

They should feel confident handling agency partners, drafting and refining copy, building briefs, reviewing creative, and connecting brand, social, retail, PR, and digital efforts.
