Role Overview
This position is aimed at building stronger brand presence, improving reputation, and deepening patient engagement through coordinated marketing and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand communication approaches across existing centres as well as upcoming centre launches.
- Develop content for digital channels, social media, patient education materials, and wider marketing initiatives.
- Design brand campaigns and track their delivery against defined KPIs and business outcomes.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all patient and public touchpoints.
- Work closely with clinical teams to create patient stories, awareness programmes, and educational activities.
- Review brand performance, campaign impact, and overall market perception.
- Use consumer and patient research to generate insights that support brand decisions.
- Handle coordination with marketing, digital, and media agencies.
Candidate Profile
The preferred background is an MBA or PGDM in Marketing with 5 to 8 years of experience in brand management or communications, ideally within healthcare marketing. Strong writing ability, stakeholder handling, and project management skills are important for this role.
