About the team
The Marketing Operations team creates the operational base that helps the marketing organization run efficiently, grow in a sustainable way, and stay aligned with broader business priorities. The group focuses on people, technology, and process to improve execution, strengthen performance, and support long-term scale.
The team’s work centers on shaping and delivering marketing strategies that connect with target audiences, improve pipeline quality, and make marketing execution more effective. It also supports data-informed decision-making and builds the systems and processes needed for a high-performing marketing function.
Role overview
As a Brand Marketing Program Manager, you will coordinate complex marketing initiatives from planning through launch. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving across stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaign planning and delivery, making sure work is properly staffed, completed on schedule, and kept within budget.
- Maintain strong communication across internal teams so everyone stays aligned and information flows smoothly throughout each campaign.
- Run productive meetings that support collaboration, decision-making, and focus on the most important deliverables.
- Spot project risks early, explain the likely impact, and recommend practical steps to reduce or avoid issues.
- Manage priorities with close attention to the critical path so timelines stay on track.
- Prepare for changes, build contingency plans, and keep projects moving even when conditions shift.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related subject, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background working with marketing or design teams and a history of supporting complex brand or marketing programs involving multiple stakeholders from kickoff to launch.
- Very strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accurate, high-quality execution.
- Ability to juggle several campaigns at once while setting clear priorities.
- Excellent people skills, with the confidence to influence, motivate, and build trust across teams at different levels.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the drive to learn and improve processes continuously.
- A strong commitment to making systems, workflows, and campaign performance better over time.

Compensation and benefits
Base pay for this role falls within a range of $152,400 to $189,600 per year. In addition to salary, the position may include equity and/or commission depending on the offer. Plaid provides a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Compensation and benefits may change at any time in line with the terms of applicable plans.
