Bus Driver CAT6 - DXB

Job Overview

In this role, you will help deliver a dependable and high-quality passenger experience by transporting people safely and on schedule throughout DXB.

Key Duties

• Operate assigned bus routes across DXB and transport passengers and staff safely to the required airport terminals and locations.
• Work in line with all safety, quality, and environmental requirements to support a secure and healthy workplace.
• Spot any safety-related issues early and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor without delay.
• Comply with departmental procedures, policies, and work instructions at all times.
• Carry out vehicle checks before and after use to confirm the bus is clean, roadworthy, and suitable for operation.
• Coordinate every day with the Supervisor on scheduled or unexpected repairs, maintenance, and cleaning needs, while ensuring vehicle registrations and airport permits stay current.
• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transport while maintaining strong customer service and professional driving standards.
• Maintain the company’s grooming and appearance standards consistently.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants should have completed 12 years of schooling or an equivalent level of education. The role also requires at least 3 years of experience driving heavy buses for employees, passengers, or customers. Prior experience as a Facilities/Maintenance Driver is needed. A valid UAE heavy bus driving licence is mandatory, along with familiarity with UAE roads, company buildings, accommodation areas, and tourist destinations.
