About the Role
This position is for a detail-focused Business Analyst who can review how the business operates, spot opportunities for improvement, and help guide decisions with clear data-backed insights. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand what they need and turning those needs into practical requirements and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Study business needs and convert them into well-defined requirements.
- Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows.
- Find gaps in systems or operations and suggest ways to improve them.
- Work with teams across functions to help implement projects.
- Build reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership.
- Review project results and check that they support business objectives.
- Assist with data analysis and decision-making using relevant tools.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a similar discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a comparable position.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are essential.
- Hands-on experience with gathering requirements and creating documentation is needed.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is expected.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills are important.
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage several priorities at once is required.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working.
- Experience using process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Awareness of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong ability to create presentations and reports.
