Role overview

Cercle Louis XVI is hiring a full-time Business Analyst in New Zealand. This role is suited to a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can examine how the business operates, translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, and help drive improvements that strengthen efficiency and overall performance.

What you will do

  • Work with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and record business requirements.
  • Review current workflows and operating practices, then suggest practical enhancements.
  • Study operational and performance information to spot patterns, issues, and opportunities.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that support leadership decisions.
  • Partner with teams across the business to roll out solutions and improvements.
  • Support project planning, process mapping, and workflow redesign efforts.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and user acceptance activities for new tools and processes.
  • Track KPIs and other business measures to monitor progress.
  • Develop business cases and recommend actions for strategic initiatives.
  • Make sure project outputs stay aligned with business goals and documented needs.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar area.
  • Prior exposure to business analysis, operations analysis, project coordination, or a comparable role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to think analytically, solve problems, and assess situations critically.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Well-developed organization and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working on your own as well as as part of a team.
  • Must have legal permission to work in New Zealand.
