The role centers on building dashboards, preparing analytical reports, supporting business reviews with leadership, and turning data into practical recommendations that strengthen performance and customer results.

This position calls for hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Sigma, solid SQL and Snowflake knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, update, and improve dashboards, reports, and visual displays in Power BI and Sigma.
  • Design reporting structures, data models, and KPI tracking systems that support both day-to-day operations and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval, transformation, validation, and analysis.
  • Use Snowflake to support reporting processes, analytical work, and scalable data solutions.
  • Conduct one-off analyses to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and operational insights within Services operations.
  • Support regular business reviews, including QBRs and leadership presentations.
  • Convert complex datasets into concise, actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners such as Professional Services, Digital Onboarding, and Knowledge Management.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives that improve customer outcomes, efficiency, and revenue performance.
  • Assist with forecasting, planning, and KPI creation.
  • Establish standardized reporting methods and automation improvements to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Support special projects, process improvement programs, and operational transformation efforts.
  • Handle several priorities at once while delivering accurate, high-quality output in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, operations, or a similar function.
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience with Sigma or another cloud-based analytics/reporting platform.
  • Strong SQL ability, including querying and transforming large datasets.
  • Experience using Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple workstreams, and collaborate across teams.
  • Preferred background in SaaS, subscription-based, or technology companies.
  • Preferred exposure to Salesforce, CRM operations, and workflow automation.
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related area.
