About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst who can assess current business operations, spot opportunities for improvement, and help teams make informed, data-backed decisions. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to collect requirements and turn them into practical insights and actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review business needs and convert them into structured, easy-to-follow requirements.
  • Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows clearly.
  • Spot gaps in systems or processes and suggest ways to improve them.
  • Work with teams across functions to help deliver projects successfully.
  • Create management-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Track project results and check that they support overall business objectives.
  • Use analytical tools to assist with data interpretation and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
  • Applicants should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a comparable position.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are essential.
  • Hands-on experience in gathering requirements and preparing documentation is expected.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are important.
  • The role requires comfort working in a fast-moving environment while balancing several priorities at once.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working is an advantage.
  • Experience with improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle will be useful.
  • Strong ability to present findings and prepare reports is desirable.
