Role Overview
The organization is seeking a Business Analyst who can act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, turning business needs into well-defined requirements and helping deliver practical, lasting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and confirm business and functional requirements.
- Serve as a communication bridge between business groups and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review existing processes and suggest improvements that increase efficiency and business value.
- Assist with testing efforts, defect management, and overall quality assurance activities.
- Create training materials and support change management and user adoption initiatives.
- Support less experienced team members and help strengthen business analysis best practices.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Hands-on experience writing requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.
- Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office/Teams, and Lucidchart.
- Strong communication abilities and confidence in facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
- CCBA, ECBA, or CBAP certification is considered an advantage.
