About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Business Analyst who can examine how the business operates, spot opportunities to improve, and help teams make decisions backed by data. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into practical, actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Study business needs and convert them into clear, usable requirements.
- Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows.
- Spot gaps in systems or operations and suggest ways to improve them.
- Work with teams across functions to help drive project execution.
- Create management-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Review project results and check that they support business objectives.
- Assist with data analysis and decision-making using relevant tools.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are important.
- Experience in gathering requirements and writing documentation is needed.
- Comfort with data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
- The role requires the ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment and manage several priorities at once.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum working methods.
- Experience using process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong ability to prepare presentations and reports.
