Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Bhopal for a Business Developer - Global Recruiter. The role combines new business development with executive search and recruitment delivery. The selected professional will identify fresh business opportunities, cultivate long-term client relationships, and understand hiring needs across international markets. They will also source, approach, assess, and manage candidates for senior and specialized roles through direct networking, outreach, and market mapping.

  • Source, engage, and evaluate candidates for executive and specialist roles.
  • Use direct outreach, networking, and market research to build talent pipelines.
  • Handle the recruitment process from briefing through search strategy, interviews, shortlisting, and offer coordination.
  • Prepare market intelligence and talent insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment or CRM systems.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management, with the ability to open new accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Background in end-to-end recruitment or executive search, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for engaging senior stakeholders and international candidates.
  • Good planning, prioritization, and time management skills to manage multiple searches in a busy environment.
  • Comfort using CRM or applicant tracking systems, online professional platforms, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Ability to research markets and industries, map talent pools, and share actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Previous recruitment exposure in infrastructure, engineering, construction, energy, or similar sectors will be considered an advantage.
  • A proactive, target-driven attitude with integrity, professional behavior, and respect for inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
