Role Summary
Kheewa Incorporation is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support its business consulting and growth management practice. The position is full-time and may operate from office, in a hybrid setup, or remotely depending on assignment needs. The role can be based across Pan India.

What the Role Involves
This position goes beyond traditional sales. The consultant will serve as a growth advisor for entrepreneurs, SMEs, manufacturers, traders, exporters, startups, and corporate clients. The work includes finding new business, analyzing client challenges, recommending solutions, managing relationships, and helping clients achieve measurable results.
Business Development and Client Acquisition
- Find and approach prospective clients through referrals, networking, digital channels, cold outreach, field visits, and other strategic methods.
- Create and execute plans to bring in new business.
- Build a steady flow of qualified opportunities across different industries.
- Develop durable relationships with business owners, MSMEs, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and corporate buyers.
- Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, and lead commercial discussions.
- Work toward monthly acquisition and revenue goals.
- Keep the opportunity pipeline active and healthy.
Consulting and Strategy Support
- Study each client’s operating model, key issues, and growth goals.
- Perform business diagnostics and identify performance gaps.
- Suggest consulting interventions that match client needs.
- Help shape growth plans for clients.
- Recommend ways to improve sales, expand into markets, increase profitability, and raise operational efficiency.
- Assist in putting agreed strategies into action.
Sales Growth and Commercial Closure
- Present consulting services, franchise solutions, digital marketing offerings, recruitment support, AI automation, lead generation, and growth programs.
- Prepare proposals and business decks.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Close consulting engagements and longer-term service contracts.
- Create opportunities for repeat and recurring revenue.
Planning, Research, and Market Intelligence
- Carry out SWOT analysis and build business growth roadmaps.
- Support market-entry planning and expansion decisions.
- Identify new growth opportunities.
- Recommend sales and marketing approaches.
- Contribute to annual business planning.
- Run market surveys, study competitors, monitor trends, and prepare business intelligence reports.
- Track industry developments and broader economic changes.
Client Relationship Management
- Stay in regular contact with clients and review progress with them.
- Conduct business review meetings.
- Work to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Address business issues before they escalate.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
- Build strategic, long-term client partnerships.
Franchise, Expansion, and Digital Transformation
- Spot franchise opportunities and support expansion plans.
- Help with franchise acquisition strategies and partner onboarding.
- Coordinate franchise development work.
- Advise clients on AI-driven workflows, automation opportunities, CRM adoption, digital marketing, productivity tools, and broader technology integration.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Maintain business development, sales, meeting, market analysis, proposal, pipeline, revenue forecast, weekly progress, monthly review, and CRM records.
- Track performance against business acquisition, sales, client success, strategic consulting, and operational excellence measures.

Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Operations, or Strategy is preferred. Professional certifications in sales, marketing, business consulting, project management, or AI will be an added advantage.
The role requires 3 to 10 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, B2B sales, business consulting, channel development, franchise development, strategic partnerships, or management consulting. Experience with MSMEs, manufacturing firms, trading businesses, or service organizations is highly preferred. A consistent record of delivering revenue and growth targets is important.
Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, CRM tools, business analytics platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, Make.com, and Zapier is expected. Familiarity with market research and presentation tools is also useful.
The right candidate will bring strong business understanding, strategic thinking, negotiation ability, relationship management, financial awareness, market analysis capability, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, presentation, project coordination, and time management skills.
