Role overview
This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Bhubaneswar and is open to freshers. The position involves field-based client engagement and selling recruitment solutions to small and medium business clients across multiple Indian cities.
What the role involves
- Meet around 5 to 6 clients every day to present hiring-related products.
- Identify new prospects and pass market information and leads to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer objections related to product fit, competitor offerings, pricing, and client expectations.
- Sell recruitment solutions to SMB clients after understanding their business needs.
- Support client onboarding and help them publish their first job on the platform.
- Build referrals in the market to encourage organic revenue growth.
- Act as a brand representative and communicate the company’s value proposition to interested prospects.
- Work toward weekly and monthly targets while staying aligned with short- and long-term growth goals.
- Increase brand visibility by distributing marketing materials and building local references.
Additional information
Location: Bhubaneswar, India. Other listed cities include Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Lucknow, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
