About the Role

Nextruct is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding commercial team. This role is crucial for growing our presence in the engineering consultancy and BIM services sectors across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt. The position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements for in-person meetings or events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects within the designated regions.
  • Conduct thorough online research and initiate contact via LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop effective pricing strategies and client engagement plans.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and property developers.
  • Maintain a systematic record of business opportunities, ensure timely client follow-ups, and manage a basic CRM system.
  • Contribute to Nextruct's brand visibility by creating and sharing content on LinkedIn.
  • Investigate potential partnership and subcontracting avenues.

Requirements

  • Possess 3 to 6 years of proven experience in business development, specifically within the engineering, construction, or BIM industries.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Exhibit excellent written English proficiency.
  • Proven capability in drafting proposals and commercial documentation.
  • Skilled in conducting research and outreach using LinkedIn.
  • Exhibit a self-motivated, organized, and independent work ethic.
  • Familiarity with the market dynamics of the UAE and KSA is essential.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the Engineering Consultancy, BIM, or Construction industry. The role requires a strong understanding of the UAE and KSA markets.
