Role Summary
This role focuses on winning new business across a designated region by building partnerships with travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, lifestyle membership organizations, corporate travel buyers, and similar strategic partners. It is a practical, outbound sales role centered on opportunity creation, relationship building, and revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities in luxury travel, concierge, hospitality, and corporate travel markets.
- Research potential partners, assess fit, and start meaningful conversations.
- Run sales meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Draft proposals and support commercial negotiations.
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop durable relationships with priority partners.
- Represent the company at trade events, networking functions, and industry exhibitions.
- Work with operations and customer support to help deliver excellent client experiences.
- Monitor business development activity and performance indicators.
- Share market intelligence and feedback with leadership to support expansion plans.
Regional Requirements: GCC Market
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or a related field.
- A pre-existing network in the GCC luxury travel market.
- Strong connections with luxury travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, lifestyle membership organizations, and corporate travel buyers.
- Native or fluent Arabic plus professional-level English.
- A proven record of lead generation, relationship building, and closing new deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
Regional Requirements: Latin America
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or a related field.
- A strong established network in the Latin American luxury travel space.
- Connections with luxury travel agencies, travel advisors, travel designers, concierge companies, DMCs, and lifestyle membership organizations.
- Native or fluent Portuguese or Spanish, along with professional English.
- Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven success in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue.
- Ability to work independently while being remote.
Regional Requirements: North America
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnerships in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, transportation, or a related field.
- A network within the North American luxury travel market is highly preferred.
- Strong capability in prospecting and relationship development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A clear history of generating new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote working environment.

Compensation and Growth
This position begins as a commission-only arrangement for the first three months, aimed at highly driven professionals who are confident in their ability to create new business and build lasting client relationships. Commission starts at 15% of every sale generated, with no earnings cap. The structure is designed to reward performance and entrepreneurial effort, and there is recurring income potential from repeat and long-term client relationships. Based on performance, the role may shift to a salary plus commission model after the initial three-month period. Top performers may also be considered for ESOP allocation opportunities.
