About the Role
Qashio is looking for a Business Development Manager who can confidently demonstrate the company’s solutions to prospective clients through product walkthroughs and presentations, helping position the product as the right choice for their needs. The ideal person will bring strong emotional intelligence, a sharp eye for opportunities, and a genuine interest in understanding business problems and how to solve them. This role is suited to someone who is goal-oriented, commercially minded, and consistently delivers strong sales results.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects while recommending ways Qashio can improve operational performance.
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and a variety of prospecting channels.
- Create, execute, and refine sales plans and day-to-day selling activities.
- Turn Qashio’s products and services into persuasive presentations, supporting arguments, and data-backed materials that capture customer interest.
- Learn customer pain points and business challenges, then present Qashio as the most suitable solution.
- Deliver on sales targets and agreed outcomes within the required timelines.
- Use the CRM to record, monitor, and manage sales activity and pipeline progress.
- Contribute fresh ideas for sales and marketing initiatives that help expand the user base.
- Support market segmentation efforts and help identify the strongest audience fit for the business model.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience closing B2B deals, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or an early-stage B2B startup.
- A highly proactive approach to work.
- Strong ability to prepare and deliver presentations adapted to different audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a positive, solution-focused mindset when handling challenges.
- Strong motivation and a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and also contribute effectively in a team setting.
Additional Information
This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is a full-time onsite role.
