Role Overview

Polluxa is looking for a driven and outcome-focused Business Development Manager to help accelerate company growth. In this role, you will uncover new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support strategic decisions that expand revenue and market presence.

Location and Work Type

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the available work arrangement is remote. The role is listed as full-time, and applicants should note the requirement to work from India.

What You’ll Do

  • Research markets and identify promising companies, sectors, and decision-makers that match the organization’s service offerings.
  • Plan and implement lead generation and sales outreach activities, including presentations and funnel progression, with a focus on consistently achieving targets.
  • Build long-term client partnerships through clear communication, attentive service, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop proposals, lead commercial discussions, negotiate contract terms, and close business deals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and industry developments, then share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Contribute to business development planning and support the broader growth roadmap by working with senior stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in IT technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, technology trends, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Comfort with a yearly sales target of USD 1 million.

Assignment

Candidates are expected to prepare a detailed two-quarter PowerPoint plan centered on revenue growth and customer onboarding. The presentation should define revenue goals, the strategy for reaching them, and a full customer onboarding process.
