Role overview

AutoRaise is looking to add 2 to 3 Business Development Representatives to its United States team. This position focuses on converting warm inbound calls for an entry-level offer plus recurring subscription packages. There is no cold prospecting involved; all opportunities come from Meta ads lead forms and an established funnel that is already generating mid-five-figure monthly revenue and is ready to scale.

Onboarding and ramp-up

New representatives are expected to close 5 sales within the first 2 weeks of onboarding. After reaching that milestone, they move onto the core sales team and gain access to increased lead flow, larger calendars to book into, priority appointment opportunities, and greater income potential. The ramp system is designed to quickly identify strong performers and move them into higher-earning capacity.

Compensation structure

  • $250 product: $125 paid per closed deal as a one-time commission.
  • $1,000/month subscription: 25% commission, which equals $250 per month; using a 4-month average customer lifetime, this works out to $1,000 per deal.
  • $2,000/month subscription: 25% commission, which equals $500 per month; using a 4-month average customer lifetime, this works out to $2,000 per deal.

Earning potential

Based on approximately one $250 close each working day, earnings are around $2,750 per month, with an additional 1 to 2 recurring deals per week. Estimated monthly earnings are approximately $6,750 in a conservative scenario (4 recurring deals per month on the $1,000 tier), about $11,750 at target performance (6 recurring deals per month with a blended mix), and roughly $18,750 for strong performance (8 recurring deals per month on the $2,000 tier). With recurring revenue included, expected on-target earnings after 4 months are around $15,000.

This role is centered on closing qualified incoming leads rather than outbound prospecting. The business is already performing at a mid-five-figure monthly level and is actively seeking to scale further.
