Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for driving our B2B SaaS sales efforts by identifying and nurturing potential client relationships. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead qualification.
- Schedule product demonstrations and introductory meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records, primarily using Salesforce.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective client accounts to understand their needs and tailor outreach strategies.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via various communication channels to generate interest.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and track progress effectively.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in cold calling and outbound communication techniques.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and strategies.
