About the Role
This position is for a Business Manager / Chief of Staff who will partner directly with the Founder and take charge of the operating rhythm across a varied group of businesses. The role suits someone who has handled multiple entities and can act as the central support function that keeps execution on track, strategic work moving forward, and communication flowing smoothly across the organization.
The business portfolio spans real estate, construction, AI-led ventures, online businesses, manufacturing, and other expansion initiatives.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 15,000 per month

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founder to manage daily operations across several businesses.
- Track company performance, key initiatives, budgets, and core operating metrics.
- Work with department leaders, contractors, consultants, and outside partners to keep execution aligned and efficient.
- Build and refine operating workflows, systems, and reporting formats across the group.
- Spot process gaps or delays and introduce practical improvements that raise efficiency.
- Make sure projects move ahead on schedule and stay tied to business goals.
- Drive cross-functional priorities and handle urgent items that require executive attention.
- Assist with business planning, growth projects, and assessment of new opportunities.
- Prepare recurring business updates and executive-level dashboards for the Founder.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in business management, operations leadership, chief of staff, general management, or a comparable senior role.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple businesses or business units at the same time.
- Previous exposure to working directly with founders, owners, or CEOs is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial and operational judgment, along with excellent planning and organization skills.
- Hands-on experience setting up business systems, SOPs, CRM/ERP tools, and project management platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable performing well in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting with diverse business interests.
