This full-time Operations role is based in New York, NY. The position sits within the Operations department and focuses on helping scale the company’s internal systems, workflows, and cross-functional execution.

Role
As a Business Operations Associate, you will help build and scale operations across the organization. You will serve as a connector across teams, spot inefficiencies, create solutions, and develop the systems that make the business move faster. The role is suited to someone who uses AI as a default starting point and is comfortable with variety in day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a flexible, AI-forward operations partner who can support the company across a wide range of needs.
- Take ownership of high-priority projects and carry them through execution.
- Manage vendor relationships from end to end, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and work with Product, Design, and Data Science to turn those opportunities into action.
- Help build and scale ticketing operations and the systems behind the company’s ticketing business.
- Continuously find friction points, simplify processes, automate workflows, and scale internal operations, with strong use of AI wherever practical.
- Design and prototype internal solutions and tools from start to finish using vibe coding.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations or a comparable function, including at least 1 year at a high-growth startup.
- At least 2 years of field-based experience, such as work in delivery, rideshare, forward-deployed engineering, onsite consulting, or a similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with self-serve analytics, including SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools.
- Strong comfort using AI to build agents and streamline workflows.
- Ability to reason from on-the-ground facts to metrics, strategy, and operational decisions.
- Willingness to jump into any issue, even if it is small or tactical.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.
