Role overview
This position is focused on monitoring business performance in real time, turning data into action, and helping teams spot and resolve operational issues across Snoonu’s business lines. The role supports fact-based decisions by highlighting performance gaps, investigating their causes, and assisting with improvement plans.
Key responsibilities
- Build, define, and follow business KPIs and target metrics.
- Review performance trends across different verticals and markets.
- Investigate what is driving any drop or variance in results.
- Carry out in-depth analysis to understand underlying issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support and follow through on corrective measures.
- Assist the core strategy team by preparing insights for review discussions.
- Contribute to budgeting activities and related analysis.
- Track the rollout of initiatives and evaluate their business impact.
Required profile
- 5 to 8 years of experience in analytics, SQL, business operations, or performance-focused roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Background in marketplace, logistics, or SuperApp environments, along with an understanding of commercial business operations.
