Role overview

We are hiring a Business Project Manager to oversee business initiatives from the planning stage through delivery. This position is suited to someone who can keep timelines, budgets, resources, and communication on track while making sure each project supports wider business goals.

The role is described as mid-level to senior-level and is based in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate business projects involving several departments.
  • Set the project scope, goals, schedule, and expected outputs.
  • Track progress closely and make sure key milestones are completed on time.
  • Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and keep project direction aligned with business priorities.
  • Spot possible risks early and put practical risk-reduction measures in place.
  • Oversee project budgets, resources, and reporting.
  • Run meetings, maintain project records, and share regular progress updates.
  • Bring cross-functional teams together to support clear communication and teamwork.
  • Measure project performance and suggest process improvements when needed.
  • Make sure deliverables meet quality expectations and business standards.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Prior experience in project management, business operations, or a comparable role is expected.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-handling skills.
  • Capability to manage several projects and competing priorities at the same time.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Understanding of project management methods is considered an advantage.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications are beneficial.
