Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain

About the roleThis role sits within the Business Systems Integration function and focuses on removing process bottlenecks by creating dependable, scalable solutions for internal teams. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, shape system designs, and help ensure smooth delivery for large-scale operational environments. The position is based in Bengaluru and supports Google Cloud’s broader mission of helping organizations transform digitally with enterprise-grade technology.Minimum qualificationsA bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.At least 3 years spent managing complete system implementation cycles, covering analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Hands-on experience working in the supply chain domain.Preferred qualificationsA master’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.Background in technical process analysis and converting business needs into solution architecture.Ability to produce documentation for solution design, system setup, test strategies, test plans, and issue handling.Experience promoting continuous product enhancements and contributing to roadmap discussions.Experience building supply chain integrations for operational asset management and asset tracking.Strong problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills, and communication skills, along with sound decision-making.What you will doWork closely with business partners to define product and system requirements.Facilitate workshops that sharpen requirements and help shape effective solutions for medium to complex business challenges.Create medium-complexity solution designs and support lead BSAs on more advanced design work.Collaborate with internal business groups and application engineers to deliver implemented solutions successfully.Equal opportunity noteThe employer maintains an inclusive hiring policy and evaluates candidates fairly regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or criminal history where permitted by law.
