Job Summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an intuitive, discreet, and passionate Butler to join our team in Mayfair, Saskatchewan. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional, highly personalized service to our guests, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will excel at anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and ensuring seamless, meaningful interactions, reflecting our brand's ethos of luxury, sustainability, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them to enhance their stay.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and spa, to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage and execute a wide range of guest requests, such as arranging dining reservations, planning special occasions, assisting with unpacking/packing, and organizing bespoke experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive guest information.
• Handle guest concerns and issues calmly, professionally, and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful attention to detail and personalized touches.
• Uphold the hotel's commitment to luxury, sustainability, and genuine care in all interactions.

About You

• Possess a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service within a luxury hospitality setting.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, private residence, or dedicated butler service role is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and discreet demeanor.
• Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to proactively anticipate guest requirements.
• Possess excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage diverse requests efficiently.
• Be comfortable and adept at handling various guest requests, including reservations, event planning, and personal assistance.
• Thrive as a collaborative team player, working effectively across multiple departments.
• Maintain utmost discretion and integrity in all guest interactions and data handling.
• Be adaptable and flexible, with availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
