What the role involves
- Serve as the main guest contact throughout the stay, ensuring every interaction feels smooth and attentive.
- Greet guests warmly, provide orientation, and help them settle in comfortably.
- Notice guest preferences early and arrange requests or special touches efficiently.
- Handle in-suite food and beverage service with a high level of professionalism.
- Track guest requests and itineraries carefully, with timely follow-through on every detail.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless and well-coordinated guest journey.
Experience and qualities needed
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in hotels, resorts, or lodges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with impeccable personal presentation.
- Comfort using property management systems is helpful.
- Confidence in organizing guest itineraries and handling issues with tact and discretion.
- A strong commitment to delivering memorable, personalized service.
- An adaptable, resourceful mindset with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
Offer and working conditions
This is a full-time salaried position. The employer provides associate lunches and access to an Associate Perks Programme that includes discounts and deals from suppliers and partners. Where possible, the roster aims to give two consecutive days off each week.
