Role overview

Emirates is seeking cabin crew professionals who can represent the airline with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers onboard, guiding them through the journey while creating a calm and welcoming experience.

The position is not limited to service delivery. Safety is the top priority, so you must be able to take charge of aircraft service standards, security routines, and safety procedures with confidence. Training is delivered at Emirates’ advanced facility in Dubai.

What the role involves

• Support passengers throughout the flight with friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
• Provide clear direction and assistance to customers as needed.
• Manage onboard service, security, and safety processes responsibly.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence that reflects the Emirates brand.
• Work effectively with crew members in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Experience and qualification requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service is required.
• You should have a positive outlook and a natural ability to deliver excellent service within a team.
• The minimum educational requirement is completion of Grade 12 / high school.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential.
• Minimum height must be 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform unless covered by bandages or cosmetics.
• Candidates must be able to meet UAE employment visa requirements because the role is based in Dubai.

Salary and benefits

The compensation package includes three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flight pay, and an overseas meal allowance. The base salary is AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80 to 100 flight hours per month. The average total monthly pay comes to AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II (Economy Class).

Meal allowances for overnight stops are added to salary in arrears the following month.
