Job description

Role overview

Step into a fast-moving cabin crew role where every day brings a different destination and a new experience. This opportunity places you in Europe’s sky rather than behind a desk, and it is aimed at people who want to join one of the largest airline groups in Europe.

The airline group has more than 16,000 cabin crew working across a network of 90+ operational bases, serving over 600,000 passengers on more than 3,600 flights every day.

Working here comes with a range of attractive benefits, including heavily discounted travel across 250+ destinations, a 5 days on / 3 days off roster, and free world-class training. No previous cabin crew experience is needed, because the training is designed to teach the core skills required to provide a safe, professional, and memorable inflight service. Once training is completed successfully, you will receive Cabin Crew Wings and be ready to begin flying.

The role also offers long-term growth within the airline group. Career paths can include progression to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even future leadership roles in inflight operations.

This is a demanding safety-focused position, so flexibility is essential. You must be prepared for early and late shifts, including check-in as early as 5:00 am on early duty and returns as late as midnight on late duty. If early mornings are not for you, this may not be the right fit. On the other hand, if you enjoy a busy environment, are customer-focused, and bring energy and enthusiasm to your work, this could be an excellent career choice.

As part of the hiring process, applicants must complete a compulsory English language test and a situational judgment assessment. Missing either test will prevent advancement to the interview stage.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, high-quality customer service to passengers throughout the flight.
  • Support onboard safety procedures, with safety treated as the top priority at all times.
  • Work early and late rostered shifts, including very early report times and late returns.
  • Handle a fast-paced inflight environment with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Complete mandatory pre-interview assessments, including English proficiency and situational judgment tests.
  • Contribute to sales onboard where applicable, including opportunities linked to sales performance.

Requirements

  • A high level of enthusiasm and a positive, service-driven mindset.
  • Experience dealing with the public and the ability to deliver excellent customer care.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on a shift roster that includes early starts and late nights.
  • Unrestricted legal right to live and work in the EU.
  • Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 metres without assistance.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
  • Completion of the mandatory English proficiency test and situational judgment test during the application process.

Benefits

  • Complimentary internationally recognised cabin crew training.
  • Daily per diem during the training period.
  • Unlimited staff travel at highly reduced rates.
  • Fixed roster pattern of 5 days on followed by 3 days off.
  • Uncapped sales bonus potential.
  • The chance to travel, meet new people, and experience different cultures and cities with colleagues.
  • Free uniform in the first year, plus an annual allowance after that.
  • Job security with a financially stable airline.
  • Direct or agency contract, depending on the base.
