Role Overview
Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking a full-time remote Call Center Representative / Outbound Appointment Setter to support a fast-growing home improvement business. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys phone conversations, can confidently guide prospects through a sales discussion, and wants to build a career in sales and marketing while delivering excellent customer service.
Important requirement: Candidates must have prior home improvement experience in a call center environment to be considered. The schedule is remote and flexible, but weekend availability is required. Applicants must also be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospective customers and secure appointments for the sales team.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on the company’s products and services so prospects understand the value being offered.
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls while working toward appointment-setting and conversion targets.
- Use the company’s sales process to set appointments and verify that customer details are complete and accurate.
- Record all calls, customer details, and activities correctly in the CRM system.
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience that leaves prospects with a strong impression of Bath & Cabinet Experts.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous home improvement experience in a call center setting is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of call center experience is required.
- A background in multi-product sales is preferred.
- Experience in inside sales within the home improvement industry is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Familiarity with Lead Perfection CRM is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are needed.
- A positive, energetic attitude is important.
- The candidate should be organized, task-focused, and motivated to hit and exceed goals.
