Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Caller position based in Patna, Bihar. The person in this role will connect with prospective learners and their guardians by phone, share details about available courses, fee structures, class timings, and admission steps, and support the counseling and admissions workflow.

Key Duties

The caller will manage both incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with leads, maintain accurate call records, schedule counseling appointments, and keep the management team informed about progress and responses. The role also involves basic administrative coordination such as maintaining contact lists, tracking lead status, and supporting outreach activities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should be able to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Hindi, explain information patiently, and maintain a professional and courteous approach. Comfort with basic computer tools such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, and email is important for logging calls and tracking follow-ups. Strong listening skills, customer service orientation, good organization, and time management are also needed. Prior exposure to telecalling, counseling assistance, or front-desk work in education or service settings can help, but it is not compulsory. Minimum qualification is higher secondary (12th pass); a diploma or degree in any stream is an advantage. The role requires willingness to work on site in Patna, coordinate with different teams, and follow process guidelines and performance targets.
