Role overview
This is an interview-based opening for a courier driver in Windsor, Ontario. The position focuses on collecting and delivering parcels along an assigned route, confirming that every shipment meets Federal Express Canada service standards, and handling related customer support tasks.
What you will do
- Pick up and deliver packages courteously and efficiently on a designated route.
- Verify shipments against Federal Express Canada’s service requirements.
- Carry out customer service duties connected to route operations.
- Complete any additional work assigned as needed.
- Work on different shifts according to operational requirements.
What you need
Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, a valid driver’s licence, and a clean driving history. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and move packages weighing as much as 150 lbs with suitable equipment. Experience in a customer-focused business environment for one year is preferred. Candidates must pass the mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training. Familiarity with Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian customs rules is considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are important, along with good time management, organization, customer service, multitasking, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Flexibility to work varied schedules and holidays based on business needs is also required.
Schedule and assignment details
The expected schedule is Monday to Thursday and Saturday, from 10:00 to 17:30. This is a temporary assignment of up to 24 months for a PFT Courier role.

Where driving is a core job function, candidates must hold a valid licence such as Class 5, G, or 1[AZ] and have no more than two violations and/or accidents in the 24 months before applying. Selection will also consider the annual driving record, interview performance, and results of driving assessments.
