Role overview
Caremark Wandsworth is looking for a compassionate care assistant to support people in the Putney area of London. The role is based in the London Borough of Wandsworth, or nearby, and is suitable for someone who wants to help others live safely and independently at home.

Working pattern and pay
Pay is £15.65 to £16.85 per hour. The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with more than 20 hours per week mentioned. Typical shift windows include 07:30-12:00 and 17:00-21:30, and alternate weekends are part of the schedule.
Main duties
You will support clients with everyday living tasks, personal care, companionship, and practical help in the home.
- Help with shopping, cleaning, and other household duties
- Assist with meal preparation
- Provide personal care support, including getting up, washing, personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, continence care, and getting ready for bed
- Support with medication
- Offer overnight care and support where required
- Provide friendly companionship
