Role Overview

This office-based Career Advisor role is focused on engaging with experienced IT professionals in the United States, presenting career and job placement services, and enrolling suitable candidates into the company’s programs. The position also involves lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, CRM maintenance, and consistent achievement of sales goals.

Work Location and Schedule

This is a work-from-office role in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The shift runs from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

Monthly pay ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹40,000, depending on experience. Performance-linked incentives are also part of the package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with experienced IT professionals based in the United States.
  • Present the company’s career guidance and job placement services clearly.
  • Convert eligible prospects into program enrollments.
  • Generate new leads through multiple outreach channels.
  • Handle sales calls and conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Keep candidate information updated in records and CRM systems.
  • Work toward weekly and monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Prior exposure to sales, telecalling, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
  • Willingness to work during US shift hours.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Basic familiarity with IT staffing or recruitment is an added advantage.
