Role overview

This position is for an in-person Caregiver in Norwich, supporting older adults in their own homes. The role is available as both full-time and part-time work.

What you will do

You will help clients with everyday living needs, with a focus on dignity, safety, and comfort. Support may include personal care, helping with movement and mobility, preparing meals, doing light household tasks, and reminding clients to take medication.

The role also includes providing friendly companionship, spending time in conversation and activities, and helping to support emotional well-being. You will observe clients for any changes in condition, communicate updates when needed, and follow individual care plans carefully.

In addition, you may work alongside family members and wider care teams, keep clear and accurate visit records, and maintain a consistently professional and respectful approach at all times.
