Role overview
Compass Group UK & Ireland is hiring a committed Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day running of its operations in Bridlington, England. This is a full-time position, based on a 37-hour week. The role is part of a facilities team focused on keeping the site operating smoothly and maintained to a high standard.
Working hours are based on variable shifts.

What you will do
- Carry out minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Keep the site exterior neat, tidy, and in a reasonable state of repair, including general outside maintenance work.
- Support the facilities team with contractor management, including checking contractors in and out correctly and ensuring site rules and policies are followed.
- Open and/or close the building when required.
- Act as a representative of Compass Group UK & Ireland and uphold a positive brand image.
- Follow all health and safety requirements at all times.
